Tum-Tums are available. Most of them know Aryan Farms. It's a short 15 mins drive.

Senior citizens & Ladies-only groups can call us ahead to book a tum-tum.

Google maps gives fairly accurate directions for road travel. It's reliable.

Pick the Varai phata exit from highway, if travelling from Mumbai or Thane.

Pick the Palghar Manor Exit from highway, if travelling from Gujarat.

Download the route-map for road directions, for reference, in case mobile connectivity drops.

Your food preferences can be fulfilled to our best efforts. Do discuss them while booking.

Food preparation for toddlers can be done by mothers. We have a family kitchen available.

Pure Veg Jain food available. Kindly mention your food preferences while booking.

A la' carte orders for starters can be selected from menu and pre-ordered at check-in or high-tea.

Most of our ground floor spaces are accessible by wheelchair. Rooms, Dining Area, Outdoor Pavilion, Lawn.

We have free high-speed WiFi. Although it's enough for general use, if you need a backup, a JIO dongle works best. Vodafone connectivity is sketchy.

Pool is open from 9am to 1pm & 5pm to 8.30pm

Kids MUST be accompanied by parent.

No food or drinks while in pool.

Please wear synthetic clothes in the pool. Cottons not allowed.

No creams . No oils.

Do not dive in the pool.

Separate Changing Rooms for Ladies & Gents. 

Fully equipped with washrooms, shower & changing area.

CARRY YOUR DRY CLOTHES & TOWEL to the changing room, BEFORE entering the pool.

Walking wet to the accommodation rooms, up the stairs, is not only dangerous but also not allowed.

You can catch the beautiful evening horizon between 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Pay & Park is available near the beach.

Please carry a disposable bag for food waste.
